Our return policy in short
- You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Contact me at [email protected] before returning the item.
- The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as when you received it.
- There is no refund on customized jewelry.
- There is no refund or replacement for broken chains - bracelets or necklaces.
- Unless arrangements are made with me, you cover the shipping fees both ways.
- Damage that have occured during the use of the jewelry will not be replaced or refunded.
- Jewelry made in plain silver can be resized at a cost of 300 SEK. For jewelry in plain gold, please contact me first at [email protected]
- Jewelry with stones can not be resized.
- Jewelry that have been lost during delivery will not be replaced if you have chosen "standard mail".
- I have no jewelry in stock and every item is manufactured after recieved purchase order.
